Failure to comply with and/or violation of the rules of conduct set forth in the Code of Ethics by World4All employees constitutes non-compliance with the obligations arising from the employment relationship and gives rise to the application of disciplinary sanctions.
Sanctions will be applied in compliance with the provisions of the law and collective bargaining and will be proportionate to the seriousness and nature of the facts. The ascertainment of the aforementioned infractions, the management of disciplinary proceedings and the imposition of sanctions remain the responsibility of the company functions appointed and delegated for this purpose.
We emphasize again that for everything in this transcribed code, that any prescription or indication is referred to professional users related with appropriate to W4A.
Companies and organizations and/or facilities that are part of or directly traceable to the W4A Group (such as Zero Barriers ODV, World4All Academy) are obligated and committed to draw up and make enforceable against their employees and/or collaborators this code of ethics, in the form of company regulations, under penalty of express ipso iure termination of the franchise contract, by virtue of the centrality of the code of ethics for W4A and the international development project.
Violation of the provisions of this Code that is carried out by collaborators, suppliers, consultants and business partners connected to W4A by a non-employee contractual relationship, may result, in the most serious cases, in the termination of the contractual relationship, without prejudice to W4A's right to apply to the competent judicial authority to claim compensation for any damages suffered.
Compliance with the provisions of this Code of Ethics should be considered an essential part of the contractual obligations of Employees.
Any violation of the provisions of the Code of Ethics constitutes a breach of the obligations of the employment contract and/or a disciplinary offence, in accordance with the procedures provided for in Article 7 of the Workers' Statute and the applicable collective bargaining agreement, with all legal consequences (including possible dismissal), including with regard to the preservation of the employment relationship, and may result in compensation for damages to the same.
Compliance with the principles of this Code of Ethics constitutes part of the contractual obligations assumed by collaborators, consultants and other parties in business relations with Group companies. Any violation of the provisions contained herein may constitute a breach of the contractual obligations assumed, with all legal consequences with regard to the termination of the contract or assignment conferred, and compensation for damages derived.
Obviously, each employer will be the exclusive owner of the hierarchical relationship and power of sanction against his or her employees and/or co-workers.
