What the CONVENTION includes

LOCATION MAPPING & CONSULTING

The staff appointed by WORLD4ALL will carry out, in time shared with the affiliated Pharmacy a technical and structural inspection according to pre-established arrangements shared with the principal company. At the end of the inspection, the WORLD4ALL technician will issue a special report to the Pharmacy indicating technical aspects to be improved and recommendations and will follow the inclusion of the structure in the app.

NOTE

The inspection will take place, after coordination with the ordinary activities of the business and in any case without causing any interruption of the work. Upon request, it will be possible to request an estimate for any structural adjustments, prepared by WORLD4ALL CONTRACT

COURSE WELCOMING DISABILITY

Welcoming Disability is a three-hour training course aimed at employees of Affiliated Pharmacies designed to improve the quality of welcoming and managing people with reduced mobility. Through a practical and knowledgeable approach, the course provides concrete tools to ensure inclusive and effective interaction, promoting accessible environments that respect the needs of all users.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

The course aims to develop specific skills for the professional and sensitive management of people with reduced mobility, eliminating physical and cognitive barriers in hospitality. Participants will gain knowledge about disabilities and aids, learn the proper ways to interact, and understand the strategic value of inclusion to improve the customer experience and the organization's reputation.
