File .mobileconfig - double click and macOS installs IMAP/SMTP automatically.

Double click on the downloaded file
Go to System Preferences → Profiles
Click "Install" and enter the Mac password
Open Apple Mail: the account is already set up

macOS - Thunderbird

Script .sh - run in the Terminal to configure Thunderbird automatically.

Close Thunderbird
Open Terminal
Drag the .sh file into the Terminal and press Enter
Reopen Thunderbird: the account is configured

Apple Mail: preferences → signatures → drag and drop file
Thunderbird: Account Settings → Attach signature as file

📖 Apple Mail installation guide (mobileconfig)

💡 The .mobileconfig is Apple's official system for configuring email accounts. It is secure and signed locally from the page.

① Download the fileThe browser will download the .mobileconfig In the Download folder.

② Double clickmacOS automatically recognizes the profile and opens the installation window.

③ System PreferencesGo to System Preferences → Profiles and click Install.

④ Open Apple MailThe World4All account will already be there with IMAP/SMTP configured. Next, connect the .htm signature.

📖 Thunderbird script guide (macOS)

⚠️ The script modifies the Thunderbird profile directly. Make sure that Thunderbird is closed before executing it.

① Close ThunderbirdCompletely-check that it is not in the background in the dock.

② Open TerminalSearch for "Terminal" in Spotlight (⌘ + Space) and open it.

③ Run the scriptDrag the .sh file into the Terminal window and press Sending.

④ Reopen ThunderbirdThe World4All account will already be set up. Then link the .htm signature in the account settings.
