1. General information

The Academy World4All website is operated by World4All S.r.l. (hereinafter also “World4All” or “the Academy”). By purchasing online or in-person courses through the site, you signify your full agreement to the following terms and conditions.

2. Object of service

The World4All Academy offers training courses on accessibility and accommodations for people with reduced mobility, delivered online (webinars, video lectures, e-learning) and/or in-person at venues indicated from time to time.

3. Purchasing procedure

To purchase courses, the user must select the desired course, place it in the shopping cart, and proceed to payment by following the directions on the site. The purchase is concluded upon receipt of payment confirmation.

4. Methods of payment

Payments can be made through:

• Credit/debit card
• PayPal

Transactions are handled through secure and encrypted platforms.

5. Order Confirmation

After making the payment, the user will receive a confirmation email containing details of the purchase and, for online courses, how to access the digital content.

6. Access to courses

Online courses will be available through a confidential digital platform. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable to third parties. Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their credentials.

7. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

For online courses, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of purchase, only if the user has not already used the training content.

For in-person courses, you can cancel your registration up to 7 days before the scheduled date of the course and receive a full refund. After this deadline, no refunds will be given.

8. Program changes.

World4All reserves the right to change the dates, times and contents of the courses, committing to give timely notice to members by email or phone.

If a course is cancelled by the Academy, the user will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or, alternatively, the opportunity to enroll in another equivalent course.

9. User Responsibility.

You agree to use the course content for personal or professional purposes only, respecting World4All's intellectual property rights. Any dissemination, reproduction or distribution of the training materials without explicit written permission is prohibited.

10. Privacy and data processing

Personal data provided by you will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information please see our Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of the registered office of World4All.

12. Modification of Terms and Conditions

World4All reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by giving notice through the website. Changes will be effective from the date of publication.
