Five intense days allowed us to work on key competencies-sustainable growth, stakeholder dialogue, and financing tools-while strengthening the team's strategic vision and management approach. A turning point were the one-to-one meetings with UniCredit's investor network: over 150 meetings in three days, including concrete feedback and new partnership opportunities. The Startup Academy brought together realities active in strategic sectors (Clean Tech, Life Science, Digital, Innovative Made in Italy and Impact) and fostered a real-life confrontation with corporate partners such as Cisco, Fincantieri, Iren Group, JAKALA, Molino Casillo, Chiesi Group, SERI Industrial S.p.A. and TeamSystem. We return from this experience with more focus, more method and even more motivation: impact only scales when vision and execution grow together.
