This Policy governs the reimbursement conditions related to the purchase of training courses delivered through the World4All website (hereinafter “Courses”), whether online or in-person.
The purchase of a Course implies full acceptance of this Policy.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer who qualifies as a “Consumer” has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, except as specified in the following paragraphs.
However, for Courses with scheduled start dates, the following time conditions apply.
The Customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid if the written request for cancellation is sent:
no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the start date of the Course.
The request should be sent via email to the official address listed on the website.
In that case:
100% will be refunded the amount paid
Refund will be made within 14 days after confirmation of acceptance of the request
For cancellation requests received:
In the 14 days prior to the start of the Course
or after the start of the Course
there is no refund.
The Client may eventually request, at the discretion of the organizer, to be moved to a later edition of the same Course, if available.
For courses delivered digitally with immediate access to content:
The Customer, at the time of purchase, expressly agrees to the commencement of the performance of the service.
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal lapses the moment the digital content is made available.
Therefore, for digital courses already taken or activated, there is no refund.
In case of:
Course cancellation due to organizational causes
Failure to reach the minimum number of participants
the Client can choose from:
full refund
registration to new date available

This Policy applies to all Courses purchased through the official website.
Any special conditions may be indicated on the specific page of the individual Course.
